We are a timing company, not an event planning company.
We specialize in race timing, and we take pride in doing it exceptionally well. Any event planning needs must be discussed, agreed upon, and negotiated into the price before you book our services. Planning is not included in a timing booking.
Race day demands our full attention. Starts, participant data, timing equipment, and results keep our team fully occupied. Additional duties pull that attention away from timing and can jeopardize the quality of the work you hired us to do.
Please assign your own team to event operations and bring any needs beyond the agreed timing services to us before booking. Additional services depend on our availability and must be included in the agreed scope and price in advance.

FROM FIRST CONTACT TO FINISH TIMES
Working together
Send the timing brief
Share the race date, venue, distances, estimated registrants, expected duration, and timing points. Let us know if the race has separate starts or special scoring needs.
Confirm the scope & quote
We review availability and identify the timing package, travel charges, and selected extras. All planning needs and other additional work must be negotiated into the scope and price before booking.
Coordinate participant information
Agree on registration data, bib assignments, start times, result categories, and how late entries or changes will reach the timing team.
Time the race & publish results
Your team runs the event while we handle the agreed timing and finish-line services. Results are uploaded to the selected platform, with an itemized invoice for the services provided.
First-time race director?
We can explain timing requirements and help you understand the quote. Full event planning remains your responsibility unless separately contracted.
Trail, ultra, or all-day event?
Send your course layout, laps or splits, and expected operating hours. These events need a quote that reflects their actual timing requirements.
Registration already set up?
Share the RunSignup or Race Roster race link when you contact us. Registration setup is an optional paid service, not a requirement to book timing.
