- Confirm the date and your event’s start time. Multiple distances can start at different times. Check the race organizer’s latest notice.
- Check packet pickup and parking. Details are provided by the event organizer and may appear in the race description or registration email.
- Review the course and race policies. Look for route information, time limits, stroller or dog policies, and weather updates on the official event page.
- Wear your assigned bib and chip as directed. Follow the instructions given at packet pickup, keep the bib visible, and avoid swapping it with another participant.
- Cross the designated timing line. Follow race staff instructions at the start and finish so your chip can be recorded.

For a missing or incorrect time, send the race name, date, distance, your name, and bib number. We can review the timing information.
